About these terms
These terms cover the website rulla.cc, run by Upstrat Lab AB (company no. 559172-7218), Nordhemsgatan 56, 413 11 Gothenburg. By using the website you accept them. If you have an account in the app at app.rulla.cc, the app’s terms apply too.
Free, no account
The website and the newsletter are free. You don’t need an account to read rulla.cc.
Rides, clubs and races
The details of rides, clubs and races come from clubs, organisers and public sources. We do our best to keep them right, but times, meeting points, routes, fees and entry can change. Always check with the club or organiser before you go.
Rulla has no link to the organisers of the races we write about, unless it says so. The races’ names and trademarks belong to their owners.
You ride at your own risk
Group rides are organised by clubs and riders, not by Rulla. You’re responsible for your bike, your kit and following the traffic rules. Pick a group and a pace that suit you.
Routes and files
Routes, maps and GPX files on the website help you plan; they don’t promise that a road is passable, open or safe. Example loops are just that. You may download and use the files for your own riding.
Content and trademark
The text, pictures, films, logos and graphics on rulla.cc belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may link to the pages and quote short passages with the source. If you’re writing about Rulla, the logos are on the press page.
The newsletter
The week’s rides arrive on Sundays. You can unsubscribe whenever you like with the link in every email. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Claiming a club
Only someone who may speak for the club can claim it. We check every claim by hand and can say no, or take a club page back if the details don’t hold.
Links to other websites
We link to clubs, organisers and other websites. We aren’t responsible for what they say.
Liability
We do our best to keep the website working and right, but we can’t promise it’s always up or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss that comes from relying on what the website says. This doesn’t limit your rights as a consumer under the law.
Changes
We may change these terms as the website changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
