FOR RIDERS
Find people to ride with near you, see where you meet and who’s coming. Many rides are open to everyone, club or not.
YOUR FIRST GROUP RIDE
Open the map and pick your city, or let it show where you are. Filter by pace, surface and day until you see rides that suit you.
Rides near meRead the ride’s pace and distance. If it has several pace groups, pick one, and the first time rather too easy than too fast.
Rides for beginnersTap Going, Maybe or Can’t. The organiser sees how many you’ll be, and you see who else is riding.
Join RullaGet the route as GPX, TCX or FIT and load it onto your bike computer the night before. Then you’ll find your way even if you lose the group.
How on Garmin, Wahoo and HammerheadGet to the meeting point a few minutes before the start. If you’re unsure of anything, ask in the ride’s chat, so everyone sees the answer.

IN THE BUNCH
When you ride together, the bunch holds together if everyone knows the drill. Here are the basics, and the signals passed back through the group.
Whoever sees something first shows it, and the riders behind pass it on. Only signal when you have a safe grip on the bars.
“HOLE”
Point down at it, on the side it’s on.
“STOPPING”
One arm straight up, hand open.
Arm down by your side, palm to the road, up and down.
Arm straight out the way you’re turning.
Hand behind your back, waving the way the group should move, past a parked car or a walker.
Hand behind your back, palm back, sweeping side to side. Rails, speed bumps.
“SINGLE FILE”
Hand up, one finger raised.
Hand up, two fingers raised.
Signals differ a little between clubs, so ask what your group uses.
Under Swedish traffic rules, cyclists ride one behind the other, but may ride side by side when it causes no danger or hindrance to others. Trafikförordningen, ch. 6 § 1
